Would that sort of conflict be comfortable to him? Would he be uneasy if transplanted into a generic and easy life? How far does his paranoia extend, how much would he undermine his own peace if only to find something familiar? If one side of him is an instigator and the other a mediator, does the issue lie in control? The lack of control in most areas of his life could make him act without thinking, if only to be the force of will before anyone else. I feel as though he’s had to adapt his entire life. Which would be preferable to him? I only have a vague notion. Perhaps he’s trying really hard to be ready for anything, but he’s often put into situations where he just has to aggressively improvise.

But I feel as though impulsiveness is inherent to him.

I like to place him as a person who prefers readiness over impulsivity, to contrast the Fool of the protag.

Or is he the type to adapt as he goes. I personally am betting on Robin Hood due to a coin flip, but if you can provide reasoning that Loki would win I will draw a doodle for you (within reason.) This is for the one person I will throw my glove at and declare as my most detested rival.
